This project was created for a Vacation Bible School organized by Biserica Filadelfia, transforming the energy and activities of the event into a dynamic music video. The project integrates both the lively moments of the VBS and the performances of the singers delivering the song, creating a complete and immersive visual experience that celebrates both the participants and the music.
Filming spanned multiple days, documenting a wide variety of scenes—from children engaged in games, activities, and interactions, to candid moments of laughter and movement throughout the VBS. In addition, dedicated performance footage of the singers was captured while they performed the song, allowing the music itself to have a visual presence alongside the documentary-style coverage of the event. The editing process involved carefully balancing these two layers: the live performance footage and the candid VBS moments, ensuring rhythm, timing, and narrative cohesion. With large amounts of footage, special attention was given to selecting the most expressive and meaningful clips, while transitions and pacing were aligned to the song’s upbeat and joyful tone. Color grading was applied to maintain warmth and vibrancy, emphasizing both the natural energy of the children and the polished presence of the performers. The final edit preserves authenticity while highlighting the Christian message at the heart of the project.
This project captures the connection between the performers and the participants, weaving together music, activity, and community into a cohesive visual story full of life and meaning.
