This project was created for Geo Aniţă, capturing the spirit of a traditional Romanian Christmas song. Filming took place in a rustic mountain cabin, where Geo Aniţă performed alongside several friends dressed in traditional Bucovina attire. The video blends the warmth of indoor moments by the fireplace with outdoor shots of snow-covered landscapes, emphasizing the cozy, festive, and authentic atmosphere of a Romanian Christmas.
The production included carefully composed scenes to highlight both performance and environment. Interior shots focused on the group singing and interacting near the fireplace, creating a sense of intimacy and togetherness. Outdoor shots showcased the heavy snow, wooden textures, and natural elements, which were intentionally intercut with close-ups of logs, ornaments, and other details to evoke the holiday spirit. Lighting was adjusted to balance the warm tones of indoor candlelight with the cold, reflective light of snow outdoors, a technical challenge due to the high contrast between the bright snow and darker indoor areas. The editing process focused on rhythm, storytelling, and visual coherence, ensuring smooth transitions between interior and exterior shots while maintaining the festive mood. Color grading was applied carefully to enhance the snowy landscapes, the warm interior tones, and the vibrant traditional clothing, resulting in a polished yet authentic visual experience.
