A project shaped around stillness, intention, and meaning, documented within the very space where ideas evolve into tangible form. Created in collaboration with EDDA, this interview captures the early stages of an architectural journey defined by purpose, where each concept and sketch contributes to something far greater than structure—an expression of faith translated into space. At its core, this piece explores the intersection between architecture and belief, following the team’s journey as they reflect on the process behind designing the Buna Vestire Church in Târgu Frumos, from the initial concept and early sketches to the challenges and decisions that ultimately defined the final form, revealing not only a technical progression but also the underlying philosophy that guided every step.

A story about how an idea becomes a place of meaning.

Filmed entirely indoors, within the natural environment of the studio, the production was built on a controlled and intentional setup, using a multi-camera approach to create visual depth and continuity, while carefully designed artificial lighting ensured consistent tones and a soft, natural separation between subject and background, complemented by high-quality audio capture through lavalier microphones to preserve the clarity and intimacy of the conversation, all brought together in post-production through a clean, narrative-driven edit that maintains rhythm and coherence.

FROM CONCEPT TO A SPACE OF WORSHIP.

More than a documentation of a project, this film captures a transformation—one that moves from idea to reality, carrying with it both technical precision and emotional weight, resulting in a piece that reflects not only the discipline of architecture, but also the sensitivity required to shape a space meant to be experienced on a deeply human and spiritual level.
